Summary: Sometimes focusing on trying to fix everything can become over whelming. Its better to focus on one thing and then slowly build onto that habit.
Exercise Day Nine: Listen to the recording and share the insights or thoughts that come up for you.
As I’ve gone through this challenge I find myself focusing on all of my goals. Trying to accomplish everything all at once and really wind up accomplishing nothing at all. So If I were to take the advice in the audio, which is to try and focus on one thing at at time, there is a good chance that less could become more.
That being said, last week I made the goal of walking every day and last week I accomplished that goal. This week I’ve managed to continue with it. Even if that included walking around Wal-Mart for an hour while I waited for an oil change. This week, we’ll throw actually getting some writing done and see how far I get in my story and add something on from there like she suggests.
