Day Eleven || Ask for help but do the work

Day 11 Exercise : Grab your journal and write on – what are you giving yourself permission to do? What are you going to attempt on your own before you ask for help?

So this whole chapter is about how people will take so many hrs of a class or asking anyone and everyone for help before doing the research and the work themselves because they are avoiding doing the work and honestly I’ve got the exact opposite problem.

I’ll sit here and look up stuff and avoid asking for any kind of help. If I don’t find the answers I’m looking for, I’ll usually wind up just giving up and saying ‘Welp’ I tried and never bothering to ask for any kind of help. So maybe this chapter could be me giving myself permission to ask for help. If there’s a problem I can’t find a solution to then I’ll turn to someone that might have the solution.

Sound good?

Probably won’t bother people with questions either way. ( so much for growth.)
