Summary: It’s the half way point. Check in, realign, and celebrate.
So half way through the month and a few things have been working out. I do upload more consistently on youtube. On occasion I’ll miss a Friday, but for the most part I’ve succeed more then before. Before I would have thrown in the towel if Ididn’t upload and prepare that first week of the month.
I’ve walked every day since I started this. Just a half a mile to a mile, nothing insane. But it’s the act of getting up, going outside and actually walking for that small amount of time every day that’s made me feel better about myself.
It allows me to wake up and think about the days goal. Something about getting blood flowing to brain, I don’t know but it does work. I’ve fallen off on logging my calories but I have worked on not over eating too much so there’s a small balance.
I’ve also not woken up early or written every day on my WIP like I should, but I think I can work on that more consistently now that I’ve got other habits figured out. At least on the getting up earlier bit anyways.
