Summary: There’s a belief that you have to be a struggling artist to make it in any professional capacity, but if you find an easy way to reach your goals then take it.
Exercise: Grab your journal and write about how you’ve been struggling in your writing life and what you’re going to give up to “float”
One of the struggles that I’ve been dealing with is putting out consistent content on youtube. Beating my brains out trying to come up with video ideas that people enjoy weekly for that consistency. And one thing I’ve discovered is there isn’t always a week where I can come up with something. Or other priorities come up that make it impossible to post a video.
So why stress about it?
So from now, yes, I’m still going to post videos. No, I’m not going to stress about posting videos every week. If I hit several weeks consecutively then great. If not, I’m not going to beat myself up about it.
