Summary: In order to keep pushing forward, and continue working the new habits that you’ve created you’ve got to find your “Why” A reason to continue to push yourself to bettering yourself and your work.
Exercise: Grab your journal and answer the following: What’s your why? What’s the core motivation that fuels you?
My answer is pretty much the same as the author’s here. Freedom. Freedom to choose to go on that camping trip with my kids instead of having to work. The freedom to stay at home and make money off of something that I love, while not having to worry about if someone is gonna be available to watch my kids or go and do that thing they really wanted to do with them.
