Not fall back on old habits of ignoring my MS for weeks and sometimes months on end. Doing my best to not go months without posting something. Even if it’s a video a month, it’s still content being put out.
Just keeping up with the current habits that I’ve managed to build up in the past 30 days w/o calling it quits when I feel even slightly overwhelmed.
