So examples of taking action in this chapter include writing sticky notes around the house. Creating a distraction lists that reminds you how much time you have to spend on certain apps, etc.
Small things to remind you of your goals even when you aren’t actively working on them.
So, some things I can try to keep myself focused and take practical action includes.
– Keeping a running list of to do tasks in my planner. Small daily steps that I take to reach the ultimate goals.
-Creating my own distraction list (Because I do like the idea of that.)
– Setting my alarm to wake earlier to do my writing in the mornings instead of waiting until everyone else is up.
